Parks, 68, of Marthaville, died in Natchitoches on Sunday, March 17, at 10 a.m., following an extended illness. Parks is survived by two sons, Randolph Parks of Houston, and Errington Parks of Alexandria; three daughters, Mrs. Ina Connor of Houston, Mrs. Alma Gooden of Mansfield, and Mrs. Amy Cook of St. Louis, Mo.; three brothers, Otto Parks of Marthaville, Mircal Parks of Fordace, La., and Albert Parks of Shreveport; three sisters, Mrs. Nadine Ehi of Kilgore, Tex., Mrs. Lillie Mae Watson of Mansfield, and Mrs. Ann Martin of Hollywood, Calif.; and 8 grandchildren. Graveside services were conducted at the Beulah Cemetery, with the Rev. J. D. McNeal officiating, on Tuesday, March 19, at 2 p.m.
