James Arthur Price, Jr.

  Services for Mr. James Arthur Price, 75, of Shreveport, were
held at 10 a.m., Thursday, August 26, at Rose-Neath Marshall
Street Chapel. Rev. J. W. Matthews, Associate Pastor of Broadmoor
United Methodist Church, officiated. Entombment was at Forest
Park Cemetery.

  Mr. Price, a resident of Shreveport 60 years, died at his
residence, after a short illness. He was born in Pleasant Hill,
and grew up in Mansfield.

  He is survived by his son, Jimmie Price of Victoria, Tex.;
sister, Mrs. Robert C. Edwards of Shreveport; and two
grandchildren.
