Mrs. Lucille Stewart Pierce

  Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Stewart Pierce, 65, of
Shreveport, were held Saturday, October 8, at 2 p.m., in the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel in Many. Bro. Don Gardner, and
Bro. Wilbur Leach officiated. Burial followed in the Mt. Carmel
Cemetery.

  Mrs. Pierce died Thursday, Oct. 6, 1983, at 11 a.m., as the
result of a car accident.

  She is survived by two daughters, Glenda Stewart Faust, Minden,
and Wanda Stewart Brown, Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. Marie
Strickland, Mt. Carmel, and Edna Earl Hilton, Houston, Tex.; five
brothers, J. C. Leach, Hornbeck, Wilbur Leach, Shreveport, Dorian
Leach, Shreveport, David Leach, Shreveport, and Tyrrell Leach,
Shreveport; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
