The funeral was held at 10 a.m., Wed., Oct. 3, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, with burial in Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Tex., under the direction of Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A Rosary was recited at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2. A native of Converse, La., he lived in Groves, Tex. 21 years, and was shop foreman with Coastal Marine Co., and a Korean War Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Jewell Paddie Price of Groves; a daughter, Mindy Wood of Groves; two sons, Timothy Price of Groves, and Jerry Price of St. Petersburg, Fla.; five sisters, Louis Bullion, Port Arthur, Bessie Blankenship, Beaumont, Tex., Gertrude Price, and Lovelia Summerville, both of Baton Rouge, La., and Maggie McCaskill of Converse; three brothers, L. D. Price, Port Arthur, Tex., Clifton Price, and Sherman Price of Houston, Tex.
