Durard Belmont Phares

  Durard Belmont Phares, 45, died Aug. 20, in Riverside, Calif.,
after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Hazel
Phares of Riverside; a brother, Vernon Phares, who is overseas;
two nephews; and two nieces.

  Services were at Florien First Baptist Church, Saturday, Aug.
26, at 11 a.m., with interment at Florien Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Bro. Hall Peyton was
the minister.
