Mrs. Ocie Parks

  Funeral services were held July 13, for Mrs. Ocie Parks, 77, who
died in Marthaville, after a long illness.

  The services were held in Beulah Methodist Church, with the Rev.
Willie Prothro, and Rev. Clarence Burly officiating.

  Burial was in Beulah Cemetery, with Warren Meadows Funeral Home
in charge.

  Survivors are four sons, J. L. Parks of Marthaville, Mircal
Parks of Fordoche, La., Albert Parks of Shreveport, Otto Parks of
Marthaville; three daughters, Mrs. Madell Ehel of Gladewater,
Texas, Mrs. Lillie Mae Watson of Mansfield, Mrs. Annie Lee Morton
of Woodland Hill, Calif.; three brothers, Robert L., Alton, and
John McFeeren, all of Marthaville; three sisters, Mrs. Margie
Jones of Natchitoches, Mrs. Eunice Eason of Marthaville, and Mrs.
Ida Bruce of Houston; 33 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
