Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 3 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment following at St. Joseph Cemetery. Father David Richter officiated. Mr. Procell was married for 28 1/2 years. He worked at Fort Polk as the lead engineer technician for 28 years. He was owner of Harold Procell and Sons Drafting Service. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and First President of the St. Vincent Depaul Society in Zwolle. Survivors include his widow, Marjorie Rivers Procell of Zwolle; two sons, Harold Procell, Jr of Zwolle and Chad Procell and fiancee, Tracie Alexander of Natchitoches; mother, Sylvia Procell of Noble; one brother, Sammy Procell of Noble; four sisters, Emma Jean Ebarb and Marilyn Meshell, both of Noble, Dorothy Ezemack of Zwolle and Joanne Sepulvado of Lake Charles; two grandchildren, Carlie Procell of Mansfield and Hannah Procell of Noble; mother-in-law, Marjorie Rivers of Noble; two special sisters-in-law; six special brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Procell was preceded in death by his father, Joe William Procell; sister, Loretta Ebarb; and father-in-law, Reasing Rivers. Special thanks to the entire Willis Knighton North, medical and nursing staff, for the extra care and special attention that they gave.
