Procell is survived by his widow, Rose Mae Procell; six sons, Joseph Procell, Johnnie Procell, and Frank Procell, all of Noble, Hugh Procell of Zwolle, Glen Procell of Shreveport, and Greg Procell of Natchitoches; four daughters, Juann Procell & Hazel Procell, both of Noble, Rose Mary Field, and Kathy Procell, both of Lake Charles; three brothers, Ernie Procell, and Chester Procell of Noble, and Clifton Procell of Shreveport; three sisters, Mrs. Lydia Ebarb of Converse, Mrs. Mary Procell of New Orleans, and Mrs. John McNaughton of Shreveport, and 15 grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the St. Ann Catholic on Monday, March 4, at 10 a.m., with the Father William Luis Antlitz officiating. Burial was in the St. Ann Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Jimmy L. Rivers, Emmitt R. Procell, John C. Ebarb, Victor Lee Sepulvado, Danny V. Ebarb, and T. J. Ebarb.
