All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Joseph Procell Joseph Procell, 77, of Noble, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, at 8:15 p.m., at the Natchitoches Parish General Hospital., Survivors include three sons, Ernest Procell of Zwolle, Andrew Procell of Shreveport, and Joseph W. Procell of Ft. Smith, Ark.; one daughter, Mrs. Loraine Salbach of Denver, Colo.; four brothers, Raymond Procell, and E. D. Procell, both of Noble, Melvin Procell of Houston, Tex., and Vernice Procell of Austin, Tex.; and two sisters, Ozella Sepulvado, and Emma Procell, both of Noble; 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 29, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, with Father Patrick A. Scully of St. Joseph's, and Father Giles Boyer of St. Ann's of Ebarb officiating, with a high mass. St. Joseph's choir sang "Just As I Am", "Only a Shadow", and "I Have Decided to Follow Jesus". Mrs. Janice Wolf, granddaughter of the deceased, played the organ. Burial followed in the church cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. A rosary was said at 8 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 28, at the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers were Terry Procell, Gary Procell, Pat Procell, Kenny Procell, Johnny Procell, grandsons of Mr. Procell, and nephew, Johnny Ray Sepulvado.
