Tishie Owers Presley

  Services for Mrs. Tishie Owers Presley, 77, were held at 3 p.m.,
Thursday, November 16, at the Pisgah Baptist Church. Interment
followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Rev. Francis Belcher
officiated.

  Mrs. Presley passed away on Monday, November 13, at the
Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport.

  She is survived by her husband, Sidney Presley of Florien; two
sons, Mitchell McDaniel of Shreveport, and Michael Presley of
Taipe, Taiwan; one daughter, Sybil Vonbehren of Knoxville,
Tennessee; one brother, Elton Owers of Anacoco; two sisters,
Lessie Behan of Hornbeck, and Marie Owers of Shreveport; nine
grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
