Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., April 17, at Noble Baptist Church, with interment to follow at St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery in Ebarb. The Rev. Jimmy Price, pastor of Noble Baptist Church, will officiate, and Father Kenneth Williams, pastor of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Noble, will assist. Survivors include special friend, Malcolm Grace of Noble; seven sons, Sammy Procell of Noble, Joseph Procell and wife Angie, James Procell and wife Jana, and Gilbert Procell and wife Brenda, all of Converse, Billy Wayne Procell and wife Kim of Noble, Bernard Procell and wife Peggy of Shreveport, and Henry Procell and wife Debbie of Mansfield; two daughters, Kathleen Ebarb and husband Ronald, and Margie Stephens and husband Charles, all of Noble; three sisters, Lois Manshack of Zwolle, Ester Procell, and Jewel Procell and husband Ernest, all of Noble; one brother, Dewey Manshack of Zwolle; 28 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Ella Manshack; husband, Virgil Procell; son, Thomas Procell; daughter, Eloise Procell; and brother, James Manshack. Pallbearers will be John Procell, Jeffery Procell, Jarrad Procell, Thomas York, Joseph York, Kevin Williams, Tommy Williams, and Patrick Procell. Honorary pallbearers will be T. J.
