He was a corporal in the U. S. Army. He worked as a gauger for Mobil, and was a member of the St. Mathews Catholic Church in Pine Tree. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend for all that were blessed to know him. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., May 27, at St. Mathews Catholic Church, with interment following at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Survivors include his two sons, Ronald and daughter-in-law, Carol Procell, and Phillip and daughter-in-law, Tina; daughter Sandra Kay and son-in-law, Kenneth; sister, Mildred Vines; grandchildren, Autumn Procell, April Procell, Andrew Procell, Adam Procell, and Aaron Procell; and many nieces and nephews. His wife of 47 years, Ruby Procell; and son, Donald Stanley Procell, preceded him in death. Lakeview Funeral Home, Longview, Texas.
