C. A. Parsons

  Funeral services for Mr. C. A. Parsons of Many, were held
Thursday, Dec. 30, 1982, at 2 p.m., at Warren Meadows Funeral
Home Chapel. Burial was at Zwolle Cemetery. Rev. Raymond
DeLaughter officiated. Services were under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Parsons died Friday, Dec. 28, at 9:30 a.m., at the V. A.
Hospital in Shreveport. He was 64. Mr. Parsons, a 15 year
resident of Sabine Parish, practiced real estate for 15 years. He
was a veteran of World War II, and a 32nd degree Mason.

  Survivors of Mr. Parsons include his wife, Yvonne (Ione) Parsons
of Many; one son, Frank Parsons of Many; two daughters, Connie
Pickel of Mill Valley Calif., Cora Leggett of Zwolle; his father,
Clarence R. Parsons of Okla. City, Okla.; one sister, Mary Lanie,
Okla. City, Okla.; and four grandchildren.
