Miss Lora Ann Parker

  Services for Miss Lora Ann Parker, 97, of Marthaville, were held
at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 4, at the Marthaville Baptist Church.
The Rev. Brent Fleming, and the Rev. Foster Jennings officiated.
Burial was in McCaskell Cemetery, under direction of Rose-Neath
Funeral Home in Mansfield.

  Miss Parker died Tuesday morning, Nov. 3, 1987, at Pleasant Hill
Hospital, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Marthaville,
Nov. 3, 1890, and was a lifelong resident until she moved to the
nursing home, three years ago.

  She is survived by one sister, Miss Eddie Parker of Marthaville;
and several nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Bobby Cobb, Floyd Glover, Michael Hilton, Jimmy
Parker, Jerry Parker, and Evan Welch.
