  Mrs. Lilia Horton Parker - March 24, 1988

  Services for Mrs. Lilia Horton Parker, 70, of Pelican, were held
at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 20, at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel
in Coushatta, La. Burial was at Ajax Cemetery in Ajax, La.

  Mrs. Parker died Friday March 18, 1988 at her residence after a
short illness.

  She is survived by three sons; Jack Parker of Coushatta, La.,
Albert Parker of Texarkana, Ark. and Vibbert Parker of Converse,
La.; one daughter, Wilma Brevelle of Pelican; one sister, Gladys
Fine of Keithville, La.; one brother, Huey Horton of Gloster,
La.; 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and a host of
nieces and nephews.
