The Sabine Index - Lige Pruitt

  22 Feb 1935 - Lige Pruitt, age 50, who lived about five miles east
of Zwolle, met instant death at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, when a car struck
him.

  Deceased is survived by two sisters, Mrs. J. H. Rivers, Mrs. Emma
Wiley; three brothers, Walter, Hamp and Tom; four sons, Aubrey, Jewel,
Hobart and Lester; one daughter, Mrs. Stella Crow, and his wife.

  Funeral services and interment were at Bayou Scie Sunday afternoon,
being conducted by the Rev. Henry Rickey of Zwolle.
