He is survived by his son, John L. Pruitt of Fisher, a daughter, Mrs. Jessie Sandel of Florien; 19 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, 23 great-great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Blanche Hillman of Pineville, and a brother, Early Pruitt of Boyce. Services were held in the Warren Meadows Chapel, with burial in the Mitchell Cemetery near Anacoco, on Sunday, April 21, at 2 p.m. Officiating at the services was the Rev. Billy White. Pallbearers were Hoy Lee, Rayden Lee, Walter Lee, Luke Pruitt, James Pruitt, and J. R. Pruitt.
