The Sabine Index - Laura Ophelia Perdue

  6 Mar 1959 - Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Ophelia Perdue,
age 65, who was burned to death at her home near Many, Friday,
Feb. 27, were conducted at Beulah Baptist church at 2 p.m.
Sunday, March 1, with Rev. B. J. Tidwell officiating. Interment
was in Beulah cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral
home.

  Survivors are seven sisters, Mrs. Ramsey Young of Benton, Mrs.
G. J. Bresseau of San Diego, Calif., Mrs. J. C. Preutte and Mrs.
E. A. Berg both of Shreveport, Mrs. Lilly Dukes of Graham, Texas,
Mrs. Floyd Harris of Caracas, Venezuela; three brother, J. J.
Floyd of Zwolle, L. C. Floyd of Shreveport, and L. E. Beavers of
Oakdale and a number of nieces and nephews.
