Anita C. Parrott

  Mrs. Anita Cross Parrott, 79, of Shreveport, died in the
Shreveport Manor Nursing Home on Thursday, March 27, following a
lengthy illness.

  Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Ella Oliver of Baton Rouge,
and Mrs. Clara Taylor of Belhaven, N. C.; and two brothers,
Rodney Cross of Hopeville, Ga., and Merton O. Cross of Tucson,
Arizona.

  Graveside services were conducted at the Zwolle Cemetery on
Saturday, March 29, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Raymond DeLaughter
officiating. The Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many was in
charge of the arrangements.
