Mrs. Vesta C. Parrott

  Mrs. Vesta C. Parrott, 82, died at Sabine Medical Center in
Many, on April 26, 1994, at 1:10 a.m.

  Surviving relatives include one son, William Carroll of
Hornbeck, La.; two stepdaughters, Lois Barnett of Tulsa,
Oklahoma, Glenda Beason of Little Rock, Ark.; four brothers,
Ralph Carter of Georgetown, La., and Hugh Carter of Conroe,
Texas, Archie Carter of Meeker, Colo., J. B. Carter of Lake
Charles, La.; six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; a
host of nieces and nephews.

  Mrs. Parrott was preceded in death by her son, Robert Curtis
Carroll.

  Services were held at Prewitt's Chapel Church. Burial was in the
Prewitt's Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  The Rev. Huey Haymon officiated.
