Cecil L. Parrott

  Cecil L. Parrott Sr. of Many, 79, died at a Many hospital, June
14, after an extended illness.

  He is survived by his wife, Bertha Parrott of Many; a son, Cecil
L. Parrott Jr. of Houston, Tex.; three brothers, Luther Parrott
of Houston, Tex., Rethus Parrott of Many, and Grady Parrott of
California; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

  Services were held at Beulah Baptist Church, June 16, with the
Rev. Paul Sullivan officiating. Interment was at Beulah Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were David Bray Jr., Willard Bray, Hollis Bray,
Howard Stroud, Haywood Hossler, and Arthur Hossler.
