Irvin Prewitt

  Irvin Prewitt, 57, died at his residence in Vidor, Tex., Sept.
12, after a lengthy illness.

  Mr. Prewitt was a native of Hornbeck, but had lived in Vidor for
over 30 years.

  Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Sept. 14, in the Oak Grove
Baptist Church in the Oak Grove Cemetery, under the direction of
the Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.

  Survivors include a brother, Wilmer Prewitt of Toro; and a
sister, Mrs. Vestal Hale of Hornbeck.
