Revs. Bobby McCullough, and W. T. Love officiated. Burial was held in the Good Hope Cemetery, under the direction of Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home in Leesville. Mr. Pridgen died Sunday, May 31, in the Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. He was a native of Sabine Parish, a veteran of the Korean Conflict, and an auto mechanic. Survivors include his wife, Jessie Mae Pridgen of Hornbeck; two sons, Larry Wayne Pridgen of Anacoco, and Garry Layne Pridgen of Hornbeck; one daughter, Kimberly Dawn Pridgen of Hornbeck; one daughter-in-law, Shaunda Pridgen of Anacoco; and two sisters, Margie Bridges of Hornbeck, and Louise Brantley of Shreveport.
