Garland Prather

  Garland O. Prather, 80, of Shreveport, died Tuesday, March 5, at
11 p.m., in the Nurse Care Nursing Home, after a long illness.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 6, in
the Marshall Street Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. The Rev.
Price Harris, associate pastor of Calvary Baptist Church,
officiated. Burial was in Centuries Memorial Park.

  Survivors include 2 brothers, Doyle Ward of Mansfield, and Earl
Ward of Converse.
