Mrs. Mae Golia Porter

  Funeral services for Mrs. Mae Golia Porter, 52, of Many, were
held Sunday, Oct. 12, 1986, at Lone Star Baptist Church, at 2:30
p.m., under the direction of Thomas Mortuary. Burial was in Monk
Cemetery.

  She is survived by her husband, Mr. Jewel P. Porter; three
daughters, Mrs. Barbara Greeve of New York, New York, Mrs. Sherry
Whitelow of Shreveport, and Mrs. Jewel F. Hicks of Many; one
godson, Mr. Perry Terrell of San Antonio, Tex.; a mother, Mrs.
Eutha Mae Butler Cartwright; one sister, Mrs. Minnie B. Glynn;
two brothers, Mr. Lonnie C. Wiseman of Compton, Calif., and Mr.
George Smith Jr. of Augusta, Georgia; two aunts; five
grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
