Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 22, in Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home Chapel in DeRidder, with interment following at Hopewell Cemetery in Hopewell community. Mrs. Quibodeaux was a native of Noble, but lived most of her life in DeRidder. She was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Dry Creek, and a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 3619 in DeRidder. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Freddie Eason of Many, and Danny Eason of Forest Hill; daughter Sharon Slaughter of Florien; three brothers, David Chism of Mechaniesville, Md., Raymond Chism of DeRidder, and Larry Chism of Prentiss, Miss.; four sisters, Reba Lang of Kaplan, Alice Moses of DeRidder, Wanda LeMaire of Forked Island, and Evelyn Carter of Prentiss, Miss.
