Sidney Carl Rowe

  Graveside services for Mr. Sidney Carl Rowe, 82, were held
Sunday, Feb. 24, 1991, at 10 a.m., at the Spring Ridge Cemetery
in Pleasant Hill, La. Interment followed at Spring Ridge
Cemetery, under the direction of Rose-Neath's Mansfield Chapel.

  Mr. Rowe died Saturday, Feb. 23, 1991, in Overton Brooks V. A.
Hospital in Shreveport, La. He was born in Pleasant Hill on July
16, 1908.

  Mr. Rowe was a member, and was active in the First Baptist
Church of Pleasant Hill, and was a veteran of World War II.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Daisy Carrel Rowe of Pleasant
Hill.

  Pallbearers were Sonny Hardee, LeRoy Durr, Otis Hilliard,
William Johnson, James Maroney, and Sam Neal.
