William David Rivers

  William David Rivers, 56, died in Shreveport Tuesday, Dec. 21,
at 1 p.m., after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 22, at 3 p.m., in the
St. Ann Catholic Church, with the Rev. Luis William Antlitz
officiating. Interment was in the St. Ann Cemetery.

  The surviving relatives are his wife, Mrs. Marilyn Rivers of West
Palm Beach, Fla.; two sons, William David Rivers of Shreveport, and
Michael Rivers of U. S. Army, Germy; two daughters, Joyce Ann
Collins of Calif. and Lynn Rivers of West Palm Beach, Fla.; five
brothers, Ben, Leo, Sam, and Andrew Rivers, all of Zwolle, and
Garland Rivers of Shreveport; four sisters, Mrs. Josephine White
of Zwolle, Mrs. Sylvia Procell of Noble, Mrs. Lavell Renstrom of
Shreveport, and Mrs. Grace Sanders of Milam, Tex.
