Zelma Chance Rivers

  Mrs. Zelma Chance Rivers, 85, of Zwolle, died in a Mansfield
Hospital, Saturday, May 14, at 10 a.m., after a long illness.

  Funeral services were held at the Zwolle First Baptist Church,
Monday, May 16, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Lee Dickson officiating.
Interment was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are three sons, Amos Rivers of Frankston,
Tex., Arvin Rivers of Westlake, La., and L. H. Rivers Jr. of
Sulphur, La.; two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Jones of Noble, and Mrs.
Merle Chisholm Jr. of Maitland, Florida; one brother, Wilson
Chance of Ringgold; one sister, LaTisha Chance Masters of
Hornbeck 13 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Mike Rivers, Wayne Rivers, Donald Rivers, John
Cobb, Allen Rivers, Earl Rivers, and Jeff Chisholm.
