Thomas Rivers

  Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Rivers, 73 years old, were held
August 2, 1984, at 1:30 p.m., in the St. Joseph Catholic Church,
with interment in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Msgr. Carson LaCaze,
Patrick Murphy, Matthew J. Scanlon, and Father LaGertremblay
officiated. Services were under the direction of the Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Rivers died July 31, at 6:05 a.m., in the Bossier General
Hospital in Bossier City. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth
Ebarb Rivers, Bossier City; two sons, Joseph Frank Rivers,
Conway, Ark.; two daughters, Sister Glenice Rivers, San Antonio,
Texas, Sister Martinette Rivers, Shreveport; three brothers,
Reasing Rivers, Richard Rivers, Clyde Rivers, all of Zwolle; one
sister, Maggie Ebarb, Zwolle; and five grandchildren.
