Mrs. Julia P. Rivers

  Services for Mrs. Julia P. Rivers were held at St. Joseph
Catholic Church, on March 13, 1989, at 10 a.m., with Father
Daniel Walsh officiating. Burial was at St. Joseph Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Rivers, 78, died at Sabine Medical Center in Many, on March
10, 1989.

  Survivors include four sons, Julius Edward Rivers of Dallas,
Tex., Thomas Marvin Rivers Jr. of Shreveport, Wilburn Rivers of
Crossett, Ark., and Franklin Rivers of Shreveport; one daughter,
Margaret Sepulvado of Zwolle; two brothers, Thomas Parrie, and
Leo Parrie, both of Zwolle; one sister, Maggie Callender of
Minden; 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great-great
grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
