Mrs. Ardie F. Rivers

  Graveside services for Mrs. Ardie F. Rivers, 75, will be held at
11 a.m., Friday, May 11, at St. John the Baptist Church Cemetery.
Father Kenneth Williams, pastor of St. John the Baptist Catholic
Church of Many, will officiate.

  A vigil service will be held at 8 p.m., Thursday, at Rose-Neath
Marshall Street Chapel.

  Mrs. Rivers, a housewife, died May 9, in Shreveport, following a
short illness. She was born in Zwolle, and had been a Shreveport
resident for 35 years. Mrs. Rivers was preceded in death by her
husband, Jimmy Rivers; and daughter, Laverne Rivers Young.

  Survivors include two daughters, Wilma Rivers of Shreveport,
Mrs. Bobbie Ebarb of Many, and six grandchildren.

  Pallbearers will be nephews, and honorary pallbearer will be
Eric Prescott.
