Clifton J. Rivers

  Funeral services for Clifton Joseph Rivers, 69, were held at
10:30 a.m., Monday, May 31, in Center, Texas.

  A native of Louisiana, he operated a laundry at Center until his
retirement several years ago. He died at 1 a.m., Sunday, at
Houston.

  Among survivors are his brother, Tom Rivers of Pleasant Hill.
