R. E. Roberson

  Last rites for R. E. Roberson, age 76, who died Oct. 23, were
conducted at Bayou Scie Methodist Church at 3 p.m., Oct. 25, with
Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, and James Greer officiating. Interment was
in the church cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral
Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Carrie Roberson of Zwolle; five
daughters, Mrs. Mary Rivers, and Mrs. Elaine Pantalion, both of
Zwolle, Mrs. Ruth Candella of Shreveport, Mrs. Myrtle Gould of
Bossier City, Mrs. Sue Clark of New Orleans; 20 grandchildren;
two great grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Alea Mooney of Rosser,
Texas.
