Mary Roberts

  Mrs. Mary Edna Roberts, 90, died Tuesday, Aug. 23.

  Services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 25, in the Drewett
Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Joe Jones, Hall Payton, and J.
P. King officiating. Burial was in Allen Cemetery.

  Survivors include two sons, Talmadge Roberts of Mansfield, and
James Roberts of Houston, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Tabitha Bates
of Powderly, Tex., Mrs. Bertha Nickey of Mansfield, and Mrs. Alma
Oliff of Kentucky; five grandchildren, and four great
grandchildren.

  Mrs. Roberts had many friends and relatives in and around Sabine
Parish.
