Mrs. Effie Roberts

  Mrs. Effie Roberts, 80, of Baton Rouge, died Nov. 12, in Baton
Rouge, after a short illness.

  Funeral services were conducted Nov. 14, at Ft. Jesup Baptist
Church, with the Rev. Billy Franks officiating. Interment was in
Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home of Many.

  Survivors include two sons, W. O. Roberts of Baton Rouge, and
Samuel E. Roberts of Los Angeles, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Carl
Watts of Blair, Neb.; nine grandchildren; and one great
grandchild.
