George Raborn

  George Dewey Raborn, 75, died Thursday night, July 7.

  Services were at 2 p.m., Saturday, in the Drewitt Memorial
Chapel, Mansfield, with the Rev. Richard May officiating. Burial
was in Pelican Cemetery.

  Surviving are his wife; six sons, George J. Raborn, Joseph
Childress, Daniel Childress, and Houston Childress, all of
Converse, Henry D. Childress of Mineral Wells, Tex., and M. B.
Childress of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Spencer of
Fayetteville, Ark.; two sisters, Mrs. Thelma Bishop of Mansfield,
and Miss Bradie Raborn of Alexandria.
