C. E. "Charlie" Richey

  Mr. C. E. "Charlie" Richey died Monday, Sept. 21, 1992, at the
V. A. Hospital in Shreveport, La., after a lengthy illness.

  He is survived by three sisters and three brothers in Bowling
Green, Ky., and many friends, both here and in Kentucky.
