Mrs. Mary Reeks

  Mrs. Mary Lucius Reeks, 49, of Shreveport, died Tuesday, after
an extended illness.

  Mrs. Reeks was a native of Toro, and a resident of Shreveport
for the past six years. She was a member of the Sunset Acres
Church of Christ.

  Surviving are her husband, E. E. Reeks of Shreveport; her
mother, Mrs. Mabel Lucious, Hornbeck; one son, Bill Addison,
Southwest Texas College in San Marcos; five brothers, Melvin
Lucious, Los Angeles, Calif., Bob Lucious, Hanna, Woodrow
Lucious, Hornbeck, L. L. Lucious, Florien, and Jim Lucious,
Oakdale; and four sisters, Mrs. Geneva Patterson, Los Angeles,
Mrs. Beulah Kildaire, Pineville, Mrs. Frank Calloura, Lake
Charles, and Mrs. Jewel Burlingame, Hornbeck.

  Graveside funeral services were held at 2:30, Thursday, at the
Beckom Cemetery in Hornbeck, with Earl Richardson, pastor of
Sunset Acres Church of Christ, officiating. Burial was in Beckom
Cemetery, under the direction of First National Funeral Home of
Shreveport.
