Ross, 77, died Monday, Jan. 26, in an Orange, Tex. hospital. He was a Mason, and a World War I veteran. Survivors are his wife; four daughters, Mrs. N. D. Fleming of Marthaville, Mrs. B. E. Elliott of Lake Charles, Mrs. G. L. Sears of Beaumont, Tex., and Mrs. Harold Cooper of Orange, Tex.; two sons, Orie H. Ross of Union City, Calif., and J. Dewey Ross of Port Neches; and 13 grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m., Jan. 28, in the funeral home. Second services were held at 2 p.m., in the Spring Ridge Church. Burial was in Spring Ridge Cemetery.
