The Sabine Index - William Henry Russell

  29 Aug 1947 - William Henry Russell, age 78, died in an
Alexandria hospital. Final rites were conducted from Mt. Carmel
Baptist church last Friday at 4 p.m. by Rev. Henry Chance, pastor
Bible Baptist church, Hornbeck with interment under direction
Massingill funeral home.

  Surviving relatives are: his widow, Ms. Eliza Russell, Oakdale,
sons, John of Grand Prarie, Texas, Taylor and Conrad of Oakdale,
Eross of California; daughters, Mrs. Iva Shepherd, Natchez,
Miss., Mrs. Eva LaFleur, Houston, Texas; sister, Mrs. Eula
Wooley, Florien.
