Jessie Ovie Russell 
  
  Funeral services for Jessie Ovie Russell, 92, of Robeline were 
held Tuesday, April II, 2000 at II a.m. at Church of Jesus Christ 
of Latter-day Saints. Bishop Robert Ault officiated. Interment 
followed at Ft. Jesup Cemetery under the direction of Warren 
Meadows Funeral Home. 
  
  Mr. Russell died Sunday, April 9. He, was born Feb. 18, 1908 in 
Many. 
  
  Survivors include three grandsons; Bill Russell of Keithville, 
Buck Russell of Logan, Utah and John Russell of Olathe, Kan.; 
three granddaughters, Pattie Edgin of Colorado Springs, Col., 
Brenda King of Atlanta, Ga. and Betty Welch of DeRidder; nephew, 
Willard R. Russell of Many; a host of friends and nieces and 
nephews.
