Elma Oliphant Russell

  Services for Mrs. Elma Oliphant Russell, 79, of Springhill, were
held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 17, at the Central Baptist Church
in Springhill. The Rev. Kenneth Everett officiated. Burial was in
the Springhill Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of
Bailey Mortuary of Springhill.

  She died Thursday, April 15, at Community Hospital in
Springhill. Mrs. Russell, a native of Zwolle, and a resident of
Springhill 35 years, was a member of Central Baptist Church.

  She is survived by one daughter, Marilyn Brown of Serepta; two
sons, Charles F. Russell of Springhill, and Bobby Ray Russell of
Mansfield; one sister, Rena Sandifer of Oberlin; and five
grandchildren.
