Mr. Julian Travis Russell

  In Thibodaux, La., on Dec. 11, 1993, Mr. Julian Travis Russell
passed away.

  He was the beloved husband of Carmen Russell for 53 years; the
father of one daughter, Carroll Juliana Miles; grandfather of
Brin Miles IV, and Hesten Miles; father-in-law of Brinson Miles
III; son of the late Joseph and Dorothy Russell of Robeline;
brother of Susie Anders of Robeline; brother of Ralph Russell of
Many, and the late Joseph Russell Jr., and Raymond Russell of
Robeline.

  Mr. Russell was a native of Many, and a resident of New Orleans
for 52 years.

  He was a World War II veteran, and a member of the eleventh
Armored Division of Gulf Coast Chapter, Dave Bernard Daly
Chapter, American Legion Post No. 218.

  Services were held in the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day
Saints, Saturday, Dec. 18, at 11 a.m. Interment was in Westlawn
Cemetery in Gretna, La.
