"Buck" Regur, 52, of Shreveport, were held at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 31, at the Wellman Chapel. The Rev. Bob Meredith of North Shreve Baptist Church officiated, with burial held in the Centuries Memorial Park. Mr. Regur died at 3 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, at his residence. He was a native of Brookhaven, Miss. He was employed by Oil Well Services for Halliburton Co. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a Baptist. Survivors include his widow, Lucille Regur, Shreveport; his mother, Bessie Linton, Brookhaven, Miss.; four daughters, Mrs. Emma Lou Ward, Many, Mrs. Mary Jackson, Many, Mrs. Katherine Horn, Blanchard, Mrs. Betty Winn, Stonewall; two sons, Michael Bell, Many, James Bell, Stonewall; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Hickman, Brookhaven, Miss., Anna Watkins, Chattanooga, Tenn.; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jerry McKeithen, J. ?. Carlisle, Jack Horn, John Winn, M. E. Ward, and Bernice Self.
