RUBY LEE SKINNER ROGERS, 89, died on Friday, March 19, 1999 at North Oaks
Medical Center, Hammond, La. She was a native of Belmont, La.

Survivors include a daughter, Mickey L. Inman and son-in-law - Clay Inman of
Springfield, La., four grandchildren:Michael Inman of Memphis, Tenn.,
Christine Inman Richardson of Springfield, LA., Craig Inman of Hammond, La.
and Daniel Skinner Inman of Springfield, La. Also one great granddaughter,
Alexis Louis Inman. Two sisters:Ann Rains of Deland, Fla. and Sybile Mains of
Texas, and a brother-Waple Skinner of Belmont, La.

She was preceded in death by her husband, M.E. "RED" Rogers, parents: Willis
Ollie and Martha Ann Carter Skinner, a brother, Ray Skinner, and two sisters:
Gladys S. Anders, and Clara S. Horn.
