Huey Devotte Rogers

  Funeral services for Mr. Huey Devotte Rogers, 56, of Many, were
held Tuesday, February 14, in the First United Pentecostal Church
of Many, at 3 p.m. Bro. C. J. Walea, and Bro. James Stringer
officiated. Burial was in the Fort Jesup Cemetery.

  Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife, Mrs. Blanche Rogers of Many;
two sons, Ronald Rogers, and Steve Rogers; and two daughters,
Linda Rogers, and Brenda Rogers, all of Many; two sisters, Ginger
Woodruff, Emporia, Virginia, and Jackie Shadoin, Many; step
father Frank Self, Many; one step son, Ernest Ray Huff Jr., Many;
two step daughters, Margarett Ann Huff, and Brenda Key Huff, both
of Many; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Mr. Rogers died Sunday, February 12, 1984 in Shreveport.
