Phinis Gerald Rogers

  Funeral services for Mr. Phinis Gerald Rogers, 40, were held
Sunday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m., in Beulah Baptist Church. Rev.
Kenneth Leach Sr. officiated. Interment followed in the Beulah
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Rogers died Thursday, Nov. 7, at his residence in Florien.

  He is survived by his wife, Pearl Rogers of Many; mother, Lula
Mae Rogers of Florien; six sisters, Betty Armstrong, Margie Fife,
Dejuana Fife, Dianne Wisdom, all of Florien, Callie Robertson of
Many, and Lusie Dearman of Rosehill, Mississippi; four brothers,
Garland Rogers of Crowville, William Herman Rogers of Hornbeck,
Herman Ray Rogers of Bossier City, and Paul Rogers of Baskin; and
a host of nieces and nephews.
