Lovie L. Rogers

  Funeral services for Mrs. Lovie L. Rogers, 86, were held at 4
p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, at Beulah Baptist Church. Rev. Kenneth
Leach, and Rev. Glenn Myers officiated. Interment followed in
Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Mrs. Rogers died Friday, Sept. 27, at Heritage Manor #2 Nursing
Home in Many.

  She is survived by four sons, Bobby Ray Rogers, Bernes Lee
Rogers, Douglas Rogers, all of Many, and Billy Wayne Rogers of
Florien; two daughters, Syble Pantalion of Fisher, and Sue Lynn
Fife of Many; two brothers, Taft Slaughter of Many, and S. W.
Slaughter of Vowels Mill; 21 grandchildren; 39 great
grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
