Mrs. Joyce Kay Richard

  Mrs. Joyce Kay Richard of Pelican 45, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2000
at LSU Medical Center.

  Mrs. Richard was born June 13, 1954 in Zwolle. She was a member of
St. Joseph Catholic Church.

  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19 at St.
Joseph Catholic Church with interment following at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Father David Richter will officiate.

  Survivors include her husband, Bruce J. Richard of Pelican; parents,
Lawrence J. Ebarb and Maggie R. Ebarb of Zwolle; one daughter. Lisa L.
Dyess of Pelican; four sisters, Helen M. Lucas of Zwolle, Mary L.
O'bannon and Elizabeth A. Broadway, both of Provencal and Thelma J.
Bailey of Shreveport; three brothers, Herbert R. Ebarb, Joseph D. Ebarb
and Lawrence F. Ebarb, all of Zwolle; two granddaughters, Brenda Dyess
and Lacy Lewis, both of Pelican; and two godchildren, D. J. Cognevich
of Buras and Angela Anderson of Zwolle.
